Normal processing occurs within 5 business days once a Completed Request is received (including administrative fees). Service provided with 3-4 business days are considered Priority and are billed at a premium rate. Any document requested for the 1-2 business days will be billed at an Express rate. Any request received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Please note if the association has the Right of First Refusal, processing document of the document request is dependent upon the Board of Directors, priority and availability of an express processing option.
